Refund policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all training courses provided by Mondae Academy. By booking a course, the student agrees to be bound by this policy.

All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

If a student cancels or reschedules a course, this must be done in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be transferred to an alternative course date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

If a student does not attend the course, arrives late, or leaves early, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Once a course has started, no refunds will be given under any circumstances, including where a student fails, does not complete the course, or is removed for breach of the Student Code of Conduct.

Course bookings are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person unless agreed in writing.

Digital products, including training manuals, online content, videos and downloads, are non-refundable once issued.

If Mondae Academy cancels a course, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid. This will be the sole remedy.

This policy does not affect a student’s statutory rights.
